workplace giving
be a local lifeline – support space2grieve through your pay
Your regular gift from your payslip helps space2grieve provide free, specialist bereavement support to anyone struggling to cope with their grief.
why give through your salary?
Payroll giving is one of the most tax-efficient and simple ways to support a local cause you care
about:
- Simple: Easy to set up and maintain.
- Private: No need to share bank details – donations come straight from your salary.
- Taxfree: You receive full tax relief automatically, so your gift goes further.
- Flexible: Change or stop your donation anytime by contacting your payroll team.
- Cost-effective: As donations come from your gross pay (before tax), your gift costs you less. For example, if you donate £5, the net cost to you is only £4.
the power of a regular gift
By choosing to give regularly through your pay, you strengthen a vital local lifeline. Your support helps us to:
- Provide specialist care: Offer free, face-to-face bereavement support for children, young people, and adults.
- Reach everyone: Ensure access for those facing financial hardship or social isolation.
- Plan ahead: A steady income helps us sustain our core services and be there for local
families, now and in the future.
Your commitment helps us remain a trusted source of support for those coping with loss.
how to sign up
Speak to your HR or payroll team to set up a regular donation from your salary. You can amend or cancel your gift at any time by letting them know.
information for employers
space2grieve has registered with two HMRC approved Payroll Giving Agencies, Charities AID Foundation and Benevity. Any payroll giving scheme that uses either will enable donations to be made to space2grieve. If you use any other Payroll Giving Agency then let us know and we will review if we can register there too.
