space2grieve is now fully established and recognised as a place of excellence for those seeking bereavement support. We are looking to strengthen and expand our trustee team and are pleased to announce that we are currently looking to appoint a number of Trustees, in particular, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
If you are looking for a Trustee role that demands time, commitment and experience and in return offers the opportunity to contribute towards growing and developing a new bereavement service – space2grieve is for you.
what will you be doing?

There are opportunities and challenges for someone with company secretary experience to sure up our procedures and governance so that we can build on our reputation and maintain our funders confidence.
what are we looking for?
- Someone in a senior position responsible for Governance, Legal, Risk.
- Available for a day a week.
- Previous role of Trustee in a small charity.
- To be a member of a small team with responsibility for managing meetings including minute-taking.
what difference will you make?
At this stage in space2grieve’s development joining the Trustee Board could contribute to the long-term stability and continuation of a specialist bereavement service for the residents of Richmond Borough. Being a key contributor to good governance and charity management will also benefit both staff and volunteers enabling them to effectively deliver the service to the bereaved.
Our board of Trustees is key to ensuring that this valued service “no matter when, no matter how” maintains a reputation for professionalism and compassion.
