Last weekend, during the England v West Indies Test Match at Edgbaston, the Bob Willis Fund shared on SKY Sports TV a video to show how living with grief can be so tough.

It’s a lovely, touching conversation between Lauren Clark, Janet Ellis and Simon Thomas, highlighing how talking to others who understand the nuances of grief can really make a difference.

“ What a gem. I dropped in feeling so low and got such a warm welcome. I can be
myself here, with others who understand. Lovely to sit and feel I belong to a group
who just get what it feels like on difficult days.”

if you’ve been bereaved, no matter when, no matter how, space2grieve can support you.
