fundraise
thank you for thinking about fundraising for space2grieve
fundraising ideas
Your fundraising, however big or small, can make a huge difference and will help support local residents struggling in their grief.
We are always looking for supporters to take on exciting fundraising events for space2grieve.
Could you….
- Organise your own fundraising event, a 5k, 10k walk, run, or cycle around one of our beautiful parks in Richmond borough to help fund our free bereavement services?
- Set up your own birthday fundraiser. Instead of gifts ask friends and family to donate to space2grieve to help provide a safe space for people to come and talk about their grief?
- Organise a workplace fundraiser, a cake sale or even a bake off, and ask participants to contribute to help us provide a free monthly drop in grief café?
We’d love to hear your ideas too!
Drop us an email to fundraise@space2grieve.org.uk and we will support you in whatever way we can to help you get started.

raise awareness
You can help space2grieve simply by spreading the word about our service and how we can support those who are struggling with loss and grief.
If you could distribute or display any of our outreach materials, it would be an enormous help. Print out one of our A4 posters and ask for it to be displayed in your community space. It could be a GP surgery, your local community sports centre, church, school, supermarket, hairdresser, café or your local library. Anywhere in Richmond borough where it can be seen by someone who needs support – it could make a huge difference.
If you get a poster displayed or see one near you, post a picture on social media and tag us.
Save our digital leaflet to your phone, and share it with friends and family, and ask them to do the same.
